Pingcart is a software tool that helps merchants send automated WhatsApp messages to customers based on store activity. It integrates with Shopify for store data and Meta for messaging infrastructure.

2. Who Can Use Pingcart

• You operate a valid online store (e.g., Shopify)
• You have authority to act on behalf of your business
• You provide accurate and complete information

3. How the Service Works

• Messages are triggered by store events (orders, carts, etc.)
• Pingcart does not independently initiate messages
• You control messaging behavior through configuration

4. Your Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect customer preferences and opt-outs
• Ensure message content is accurate and appropriate
• Manage communication with your customers

5. Customer Communication & Consent

• You are responsible for obtaining customer consent
• Customers must be able to opt out
• Pingcart does not collect consent independently

6. Acceptable Use

• No spam or unsolicited messages
• No illegal or harmful content
• No service disruption or misuse

7. Third-Party Services

Pingcart depends on third-party services like Shopify and Meta. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or service interruptions.

8. Data and Privacy

Pingcart processes data only to provide messaging services. You are responsible for lawful use of customer data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery depends on third-party systems.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risks, or if required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pingcart is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or failures caused by third-party services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pingcart from any claims arising from your use, violations, or customer communication.
